We want you to be completely satisfied with your BuDhaGirl purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry and accessories in their original BuDhaGirl boxes and attach the shipping label to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
